I always wonder how the three Hebrew Boy's trust in God for not bowing-down to the image that was being made by King Nebuchadnezzar. "There are certain Jews whom thou hast set over the affairs of the province of Babylon, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego; these men, O king, have not regarded thee: they serve not thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up. Then Nebuchadnezzar in his rage and fury commanded to bring Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. Then they brought these men before the king. Nebuchadnezzar spake and said unto them, Is it true, O Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, do not ye serve my gods, nor worship the golden image which I have set up? Now if you be ready that at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sack but, psaltery, and dulcimer, and all kinds of music, you fall down and worship the image which I have made; well : but if you worship not, you shall be cast the same hour into the midst of a burnin
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which
is your reasonable service. Know you not that you are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of
God dwelleth in you? If any man defile the temple
of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which
temple ye are..... know you not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost
which is in you, which you have of God, and you are not your own? For you are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in
your body, and in your spirit, which are God's. For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every
one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he
